The services are flexible and can begin from as little as 1 hour.
Supported living can be a great option for people who have a learning disability or autistic disorder. We provide tailored care and specialist support for people with mild, moderate and more severe learning disabilities. Whilst we encourage individuals to be as independent as possible we realise that for some support will always be required.
Respite care provides temporary care services for emergencies when a service user is feeling unwell, recovering or after hospital discharge. Respite care allows you to take a break whether you’re heading for a holiday or you just need time to yourself. We can help you settle back into your familiar places.Whether you require a high level of care or just a little support with activities of daily living during your recuperation period, as part of our Hospital to home service, we can provide a Nurse, Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker to assist you.
