What We Do?

Companionship

Companionship promotes your mental well-being as well as the social aspect of care that contributes to your health. Loneliness is one increasing challenge that is being faced in our elderly. Having someone whom you can talk to can make a positive impact on your well-being especially if you live far from beloved ones.

Personal Care

At United Domiciliary and Support Services LTD, we excel in delivering compassionate, professional care and support that is built around the unique needs of each individual we serve. Personal care services will include helping with your personal upkeep such as bath, shower, dressing, getting in and out of bed etc.

Visiting Care

We offer personalised care that gives you the dignity and freedom you deserve, in the comfort of your own home. Our home-care services are delivered by our professional care workers who will visit you at agreed times to deliver services tailored to your needs. The services are flexible and can begin from as little as 1 hour.

Learning Disability

Supported living can be a great option for people who have a learning disability or autistic disorder. We provide tailored care and specialist support for people with mild, moderate and more severe learning disabilities. Whilst we encourage individuals to be as independent as possible we realise that for some support will always be required.

Respite Care

Respite care provides temporary care services for emergencies when a service user is feeling unwell, recovering or after hospital discharge. Respite care allows you to take a break whether you’re heading for a holiday or you just need time to yourself. The service gives you peace of mind knowing that your loved one is receiving quality care and support from trained and caring carers.

End of Life Care

End-of-life care provides the support that is needed towards the end of someone’s life, allowing them to pass in the most peaceful and comfortable way. While some people spend their final days in a hospital, hospice or nursing home, end-of-life care at home has become a preferred option for those who wish to spend their last moments within their own home.

Complex Care

We offer care services for service users with complex care needs, for example, continuing healthcare issues, such as chronic illness and disabilities that can arise after receiving hospital treatment. We can cater for service users with conditions such as:
  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Spinal Cord Injury
  • Motor Neurone Disease
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Catheter Care

We can help you settle back into your familiar places.Whether you require a high level of care or just a little support with activities of daily living during your recuperation period, as part of our Hospital to home service, we can provide a Nurse, Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker to assist you.
